Our customer service experience was excellent. The physical beauty of the Atrium and the banquet room was stunning. Many thanks to you for all you did to make Chris and Laura Elizabeth's wedding so special. From organizing the details for blocking the hotel rooms to checking with us before you left the reception Saturday night, you guided us through every facet of the event with ease and graciousness. We received many, many compliments from our friends and out-of-town guests regarding the size and quality of the hotel rooms, the courteous and helpful staff at the Wyndham as well as the delicious food at the reception. We loved staying in the Presidential Suite and found all of our dealings with everyone at the hotel from Enrique at the banquet, Betty at the front desk, the limo and shuttle drivers - even the clerk in the gift shop where I quickly made a purchase on my way up to you, room before the receiving line began - to be welcoming, courteous and helpful. We will definitely recommend the Wyndham Suites in Glenview as a fine place to stay or to schedule an event. Our out-of-town family will certainly use it in the future. "Our daughter Tanya Guruswamy married Jeff Santee on July 24th on the beach at the Viva Wyndham Maya in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. We are writing to commend our wedding coordinator and his staff at the hotel for the superb manner on which they organized this event.

Our wedding coordinator set about his task with meticulous attention to detail, exceptional efficiency, unfailing courtesy and charm. He and his staff presented us with a truly memorable and beautiful event that surpassed all expectations and left us with the sweetest memories of the day and the hotel. My wife and I cannot adequately express our thanks to him and his staff for a wonderful job.

This was an unusual destination wedding in terms of numbers (60 persons), and a religious (Christian) marriage ceremony on the beach. We were attempting to weave the relaxed atmosphere of a holiday destination, the spectacular back drop of the ocean and sky, with the formality and symbolism of a wedding ceremony. We were skeptical as to whether our wedding coordinator and the hotel could organize the appropriate setting for such a ceremony. In the event, our wedding coordinator and his staff did this and then some. It was a joy and source of enduring happiness for the bride and groom their parents, and guests to experience such a special event.

Moreover, hundreds of bystanders from yours and adjoining hotels who were drawn to the site by the special arrangements and the music, not only observed and followed the wedding from beginning to end, but applauded at the end of the service. A number of them (who were strangers to us) came out of their way to tell us that this was the most beautiful wedding they had witnessed.

The rehearsal dinner for 50 at the Viva Café on July 23rd was just lovely. The wedding diner at the Portofino Restaurant and the music of the Mariachi band the Spanish guitarists rounded off a perfect destination wedding.

We would be grateful if you could convey our sentiments to our wedding coordinator and the staff at the Viva Wyndham Maya and the Viva Café."
