Terms and Conditions

This package must be booked at least seven days in advance. Five-night minimum stay required. For your comfort, maximum occupancy in a two-bedroom villa is six adults and a three-bedroom villa is eight adults. Stay must be booked by 12/31/2012 and completed by 12/31/2012. Rooms at this (discounted) rate are limited and subject to availability. Offer may not be combined with other promotions or special offers. Offer not applicable to prior reservations, groups or conventions. Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply. Children under 16 stay free in the same room as their parents. Maximum number of guests allowed in room: 6. Taxes and gratuity not included. Offer must be requested at time of booking. Cancellation Policy: Seven (7) days prior to the date of arrival. No refunds on unused features. Additional nights available at extra charge. Stays must be booked in 5-night increments. Subject to hotel tax. Subject to a resort fee.
