On January 22, 2010, the Milwaukee Public Museum will open Dead Sea Scrolls and the Bible: Ancient Artifacts, Timeless Treasures. The exhibition - created and produced by the Museum - includes authentic Dead Sea Scrolls, illustrated manuscripts, artifacts, landscape and aerial photography, and interactive displays about science, discovery and exploration.

Dead Sea Scrolls and the Bible: Ancient Artifacts, Timeless Treasures brings together archaeological objects and manuscripts to tell a story 2,000 years in the making. Witness actual Dead Sea Scrolls and other early biblical artifacts to learn how transmission of these early writings has shaped the beliefs of Judaism, Christianity and Islam. The Milwaukee Public Museum has issued a Press Release that includes more information about the exhibit as well as some answers to the most Frequently Asked Questions.

VIP tickets can be used at any time during museum operating hours without reserved time entry requirement and provide general museum admission for the day. VIP tickets are only available through hotel packages.
