Massage must be scheduled by the guest through the Hotel Concierge at least one day prior to utilization. Contact the Hotel Concierge at 312-573-0300 ext. 4514. Cancellations must be made a least 24 hours prior to arrival, otherwise the full charge for the massage will be billed to guest. Massages available from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday-Saturday only. Stay must be booked by 12/31/2012 and completed by 1/1/2013. Rooms at this (discounted) rate are limited and subject to availability.
