Initially introduced in June 2002, our Free Communications Costs Package was created when an informal poll of front desk managers revealed that telephone charges were the number one guest complaint at check-out. And since Wyndham ByRequest is the only guest recognition program that was specifically created to listen and respond guest needs, we responded by being the first hotel chain to eliminate phone, Internet, fax and copy charges.

Free local phone calls: - Free local calls at all participating Wyndham Hotels & Resorts

Free domestic long-distance phone calls:
- Free long distance calls within the 48 contiguous states when calling from within the 48 contiguous United States
- Free long distance not applicable in Alaska, Hawaii, Martha's Vineyard, London, Puerto Rico, Mexico or off-shore properties
- Free long-distance calls within Canada when staying at a hotel in Canada
- Does not include international calls

Free 800 call access:
- Free 800 call access at all participating Wyndham Hotels & Resorts
- Some Caribbean resorts are not able to provide this benefit
- Viva Wyndham Resorts will provide limited toll free access to U.S. Calling cards.

Free domestic faxes:
- Free domestic faxes within the 48 contiguous states when faxing from within the 48 contiguous United States
- Free local faxes only when staying outside the 48 contiguous United States and Canada
- Free faxes within Canada when staying at a hotel in Canada
- Does not apply to in-room fax

Free copies:- Free copies at all participating Wyndham Hotels & Resorts
- Maximum of 25 copies per member per paid room night
* Free in-room domestic long distance and local calling is limited to ordinary personal and business requirements in the 48 contiguous United States. This benefit is not available for purposes of telemarketing, political solicitation or other improper uses - as determined by Wyndham at its sole discretion. Wyndham reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership or some or all Wyndham ByRequest benefits at any time without notice. Free local and domestic long- distance calls, faxes and copies are intended for individual use only and not for groups or conventions.
