We'll provide you with the best available room on the day of arrival at no additional cost. Member number must be provided when you make your reservation.

All members who provide a valid credit card number on their member profile will receive express check-in. When you arrive, just go to the Wyndham ByRequest sign at the front desk, show your Wyndham ByRequest membership card and a photo ID, and we'll hand you your key. All new members arriving for their first stay as a member of Wyndham ByRequest will be required to provide an imprint of the credit card on their personal profile and a signature authorizing payment to that card.

If you need to stay a little later, that's okay too - Wyndham ByRequest members can take advantage of a 2 p.m. late check-out privilege, upon request.

Once you're a member, you can use this feature to view your electronic receipts upon your return home. Please allow 24 hours for check-out information to be posted to the Web site. Your member number must be included on your reservation or added during your stay prior to check-out in order for us to be able to provide you with an electronic receipt.

Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to apply missing check-out information to your member profile. Since Wyndham ByRequest is not a points-based program, the lack of this information will not affect your experience during future stays.
